Villa Apolonia, on la Playa de los Alemanes, is a truly stunning property, built within the past 15 years and set in a plot of 2,400m2.  Architecturally designed in the Andaluz style, the property is beautiful, spacious, elegant and practical.  It is exceptionally well maintained.

The property is accessed across an Andaluz style patio, with columns arching and surrounding, leading to shaded space beneath and entrance to the house itself.  There is a lovely water-fountain set into one of the terrace walls.  One of the main entrances to the house leads into a large, spacious hall way, which leads to a comfortably ample living / space with large, light windows and with an open fire as its focal point.  From the dining area, there is direct access to the kitchen, utility room and pantry, all of which are fully equipped.  Also on this floor, there is a double bedroom with its own independent bathroom.  Through another entrance off the main patio, we find a totally independent apartment, with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathroom and a small living room.  On the first floor, which can be accessed from the main hall, we find two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and terrace.  Outside, the garden and green spaces are perfect for relaxation and the enjoyment of open-air living.  The pool is perfection and is surrounded by tropical plants and trees.  The garden in fully ‘furnished’ with all you will need to enjoy the open air.  This is the perfect space to enjoy the magnificent views to Africa and the Straights of Gibraltar, as well as the best sunsets (arguably) in the world.

Cleaning of 4 hours per week is included in the price, should you require cleaning every other day, this will incur an extra cost. In case of extra cleaning hours needed, the fee will be 15€/h with a minimum hiring of 3h.
