In one of the most exclusive beaches of the coast of Tarifa and next to the town of Zahara de los Atunes, in Atlanterra, stands Villa El Peñón.

Nestled in a natural environment without equal; in front of the beach, with direct access to it, and surrounded by the spectacular orography of the land where it is located.

About 2,000 meters of plot for your use and enjoyment. It owes its name to the majestic rock that protects it from the winds. Its proximity to the beach makes the aroma and the intense blue of the Atlantic Ocean invade all its corners.

A very personal villa that combines the architecture and rustic decor, with the needs of modern life. Perfect for 10 people, it has all the amenities so that your stay in it is an unforgettable memory.
The distribution of the house within this plot is staggered, with 5 double bedrooms, all with bathrooms en suite, and a toilet.

The area closest to the ocean, and where the direct access to the beach is located, is the garden area with a wonderful private pool, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue, gazebo, chill out area with Balinese beds, and outdoor furniture where to enjoy pure tranquility.

The house has three floors, in the main floor a nice kitchen, fully equipped with sea views; cooking will become a pleasure. A large dining room gives access to the main terrace of the house, fully furnished where to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors and from which you can spot the African coast. Communicated with each other, the two living rooms; the first with a large fireplace and an impressive window that allows you to contemplate the panoramic view of the sea. The second living room, a bit smaller, with TV, also offers spectacular views and gives access to go up to the first floor, to one of the 2 towers of the house. In these towers, there is the main bedroom of the house with a large bathroom and a private terrace and the second bedroom that also has an en-suite bathroom.

From the dining area, a staircase leads to the ground floor that houses the other 3 bedrooms of the villa. All of them with fitted wardrobes and fully-equipped bathrooms en-suite. Two of these bedrooms overlook the pool area, the third is located in the patio, which, although it is the only one that does not have sea views, is comfortable and cozy.

In addition, there is a private parking area for 2 vehicles.

The rental price includes 4 cleaning hours / per day, five days a week, from Monday to Friday. In case of extra cleaning hours needed, the fee will be 12€/h with a minimum hiring of 3h.

    • Un paraíso La estancia en la casa el peñón ha sido inmejorable. La casa es un auténtico paraíso en medio de la preciosa playa de Atlanterra.     • We enjoyed our stay in El Penon . We were there from 17 to October 25, 2014 with 10 people (6 adults and 4 children). The house was very comfortable and offered enough space for such a large group. It is a friendly home that is fully equipped . In particular, the location was fantastic : a large swimming pool and direct from the garden to the beach. A wonderful experience. Minor problems were solved immediately by Zahara Villas. Especially Ingo was in that respect our contact person. Easy that he spoke Dutch . The contact with Tony was very pleasant.     • Sehr geehrter Herr Trautz und Frau Trautz! Wir haben die Tage mit 9 Personen in der Villa el Peñon sehr genossen. Die Villa entspricht in Allem den Vorgaben. Sie ist sehr luxeriös und die Lage ist excellent, besser geht es nicht. Auch mit 9 Personen hat jeder genug Privatsphäre und die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen. Die allgemeinen Räume sind großzügig und bieten viel Platz für jegliche Aktivitäten. Die Aussicht von den verschiedenen Terrassen ist phänomenal (Sonnenuntergänge at it´s best). Die Betreung der Villa könnte nicht besser sein, es war immer ein Ansprechpartner vorhanden. Es hat allen 9 Personen gut gefallen, man kann die Villa El Peñon auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und auch wir werden sicherlich nochmal bei Ihnen buchen. Herzlichen Dank für die nette Betreuung.     • Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im El Penon verbracht. Durch die Weitläufigkeit des Gebäudes konnte man sich jederzeit Privatsphäre suchen. Die Villa war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Küchenbereich ist ein wenig älter, aber auch sehr sauber. Einmalig ist die direkte Strandlage. Man konnte jederzeit " kurz " ins Meer eintauchen und war nach ein paar Schritten wieder am hauseigenen Pool. Jedes der 5 Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, was alle sehr positiv aufgenommen haben. Leider gab es am Pool praktisch keinen Schatten. Dies war manchmal ein wenig unangenehm, aber ist sicherlich durch den manchmal kräftig wehenden Wind zu erklären, der das Aufstellen von Sonnenschirmen schwierig macht. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf Wohnebene war einmalig. Hier haben wir viele schöne Stunden verbracht. Da wir auch ein paar sehr heiße Tage hatten, war es bedauerlich, dass es weder eine Klimaanlage noch ein paar Ventilatoren im Schlafbereich ....." M.A. Julio 2013
