Essencia is a spectacular modern villa situated in the most privileged of positions by the Cala de los Alemanes (a fabulous beach) and very close to the Faro Camarinal (the lighthouse). There are phenomenal views towards the lighthouse and beyond to the coast of the African continent. This designer property has a floor-area of approximately 650m2 and sits within a plot of approximately 2,200m2. Outside there is parking space aplenty, enough for many vehicles. It boasts a beautiful infinity pool and fully furnished terraces from which you can enjoy the view, the fresh air and the famous Zahara sunsets. The situation of this villa is unrivalled.

The house comprises three floors. The semi-basement is accessed via large garage doors which lead to covered, secure parking for two more cars. From here, you can access the games room, a large open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen area with large island. The is also a dining area from where you can see underwater, directly into the swimming pool, like looking into a fish-tank, through large glass windows. For the energetic, there is a home gym here, too, with a variety of equipment to suit all training schedules. After exercise, you can enjoy the spa, jacuzzi, turkish bath or take a dip in the internal, covered pool, which has water jets throughout its entire length. There is also a fireplace for the winter days and, of course, a WC.

This house has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday.

The first floor forms the central part of the house and is surrounded by large, glass windows which fill the whole area with light. There is an open fire in this space, a living room, a dining room and space to relax and enjoy life. All of this is decorated and furnished tastefully and exquisitely with a real vintage feel to it. Also on this floor you will find three double bedrooms, two of which have dressing rooms and which share a large bathroom with fabulous bath and powerful shower. From here you can access the external pool directly as well as the chill-out area. The third bedroom has its own independent bathroom with shower. At the rear of the building, and on this floor, you will find the large, fully equipped kitchen, with island, ceramic and gas hobs, a pantry and utility room. Also access to the external covered terrace with barbecue and seating for at least ten diners.

The master bedroom is situated on the top floor of the property and is reached via the staircase leading up from the central living space. This room boasts its own bathroom with shower, open fireplace, external chill-out area and external jacuzzi. The views are glorious and far reaching, towards the lighthouse and beyond.

The rental price includes 3 hours of cleaning / per day, five days a week, from Monday to Friday.
