In summary, the house offers five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a separate toilet, swimming pool and large gardens. There is underfloor heating for the cooler months, overhead fans for the warmer months, ample hot water and comfort.

Included in the rental costs are 9 hours cleaning per week.

The pretty and vibrant village of Zahara de los Atunes is within 15 minutes from the house. Here you will find a wide variety of fascinating shops and markets, including supermarkets, pharmacy and medical centre. The many restaurants and bars will allow you to indulge yourself with all sorts of food and drink of excellent quality and infinite variety.
