The villa is structured in three parts; main house, independent apartment and a second apartment in the lower area of ??the plot.

From this floor you have access to the fully furnished pool area, where you can relax and watch wonderful sunsets. Upstairs we have the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dressing room and a nice fireplace.
The apartment annexed to the main house, with separate entrance, has a living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment in the lower area of ??the plot, has a large open space living room-kitchen, with a large bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and another bathroom en-suite connected to this bedroom.
The house has air conditioning by areas, direct access to the beach, covered garage and open parking for several vehicles.
