Its main features, in addition to its 2000m

The property is distributed over 2 floors and,
in addition, two of its rooms are located in high and private towers for the
tranquility of its guests.
The orography of the land makes the house
staggered. On the main floor we find the kitchen -fully equipped-, a toilet and
a large dining area that leads to a living room with a fireplace and, at the
back, a TV room. From the dining room we can access an impressive terrace with
an area to eat while we enjoying the swaying of the waves in the background.
From the entrance of the house we go up to
tower 1, where the first double room with en-suite bathroom is located; and
from the TV room, we access the double room in tower 2, also with an en-suite
bathroom.
If we go down the stairs to the ground floor,
the first thing we see on the right is a door to access the exterior of the
property -gardens, swimming pool, entrance...-. Following the corridor on the
left, the house gives way to the rest of the rooms. Two double bedrooms with
en-suite bathroom -one of them with direct access to the pool area. For the
third double room with en-suite bathroom, we first have to pass through the
quiet white central courtyard of the property. Full of vegetation and with an
area to sit and enjoy with the family outdoors. From this patio, we head
towards the pool area, first enjoying the sun beds in the villa's chill-out
area, followed by the sitting area with outdoor furniture.
The best thing about the pool, in addition to
its comfortable loungers, the large garden where the little ones can play or
the direct access to the beach, is undoubtedly the outdoor kitchen. This space
has been designed to make the most of family time outdoors. A fully equipped
kitchen with gas barbecue, refrigerator, dishwasher, dining area...
The architecture of the property, as well as
its modern and rustic decoration, gives a special touch to the villa, providing
warmth and familiarity so that you feel at home while you enjoy your vacation
on the beach.
In addition, there is a private parking area for 2 vehicles.
The rental price includes 3 cleaning hours / per day, five days a week, from Monday to Friday.
